About your gift and taxes. A Circle of Love is currently completing its IRS 501(c)(3)
reinstatement process and has requested retroactive reinstatement. While that process is underway we are
not able to issue tax-deductible receipt letters. You will receive documentation of your gift, and donors
seeking tax guidance should consult their tax professional.
Emergency Housing Assistance Fund
Help keep someone housed tonight.
Gifts to the Emergency Housing Assistance Fund help A Circle of Love provide emergency housing, meals, basic necessities, and stabilization support for individuals and families facing displacement.
Gifts are made to the fund, not to a specific individual. A Circle of Love retains discretion and control over how the funds are applied — which is what allows us to direct help toward whoever needs it most on any given night.

A service purchase
When a company, agency, or family pays for a specific person’s placement, that is a fee-for-service payment invoiced for services rendered — not a donation.

You can give online through the Donate page, or contact donate@acircleoflove.org for other ways to give. Suggested giving levels start at $50 and go up to $1,000 and above for long-term impact and sustainability.
Are donations tax-deductible?

No. Program availability may vary based on funding, donations, volunteer capacity, event schedules, and eligibility. Please contact A Circle of Love first so the team can help guide you toward the next best step.
